I’m Vance True, a happy-go-lucky filmmaker with a love for storytelling and a heart rooted in Kentucky. Three years ago, life brought me to Colorado, where the mountains quickly became my second home.
I married my beautiful wife and best friend in Sicily, an experience that continues to inspire how I see love and celebration through the lens. Outside of filmmaking, you’ll usually find me on the golf course, wandering mountain trails, planning my next travel adventure, or cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.

Born from a passion for storytelling and authentic connection, True Productions was created to craft wedding films that are timeless, emotional, and deeply personal. With over 9 years dedicated to weddings and more than 15 years of filmmaking experience, we have been fortunate to capture celebrations throughout Colorado, Kentucky, and beyond... always with the goal of preserving not just how the day looked, but how it truly felt.
